-CX lead, including CX schedule ownership, issue tracking and closure, CX checklist readiness reviews, and overall CX communication with client, engineer, and CX provider. -Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out. -This position will supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Special Systems Trade contractors and vendors involved in the project. -Controls/power monitoring coordination including RFIs, submittals, graphics, testing, and checkout. -Responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of Aviation facilities (e.g., Airports) and other related construction projects.
-Candidate must have experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control. -Strong experience managing professional relationships with owner's representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising trade partners and vendors is a priority. -Position requires extensive experience managing the construction of aviation projects and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects. -5+ years. commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
