-Collaborate cross-functional with logistics, IT, finance, and marketing teams. -Lead tactical execution of order fulfillment and daily operations for small to midsize business. -Support integration efforts and continuous improvement initiatives. -Ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic goals. -Develop systems and processes to optimize supplier operations and efficiency. -Drive strategic supply chain initiatives across Steelcase manufacturing plants. -Champions change and challenge the status quo to improve organizational performance.
