What You Bring
-Safety is essential at Servtech and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate. -Must be able to pass a welding test setup as well as able to pass the AWS D 1.1. certification requirements. -Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities. -Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts. -Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy. -Must follow verbal directions, training, and procedures. -Custom Electrical and Motor Controls and Panels -Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism. -A minimum of two years of welding is preferred. -Consistently weld structural carbon steel in 1F, 3F and 4F fillet weld using FCAW and GMAW. -Consistently weld structural carbon steel in 1F and 3F fillet welding using FCAW and GMAW. -Must comply with Roeslein & Servtech’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees. -Ability to operate welders, hand and power tools, forklift, and overhead crane safely and follow Servtech Safety Procedures and Policies. -Must have the knowledge to train a Structural Welder I. -Advanced level ability to read prints and tape measurements -Must follow training and company procedures -Must follow verbal directions, training, and procedures -Must follow good housekeeping practices. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. -Ability to work flexible hours including overtime. -LACT Stations, Custody Transfer Metering -A good motor vehicle record is required. -Meets all Structural Welder I requirements consistently. -Basic knowledge of layout, positioning, and aligning before assembly. -Must be consistently executing high-quality FCAW and GMAW welds. -Must have great attention to detail to examine work pieces for defects and measure for accuracy. -A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
