Tasks

-Research code requirements necessary for each design -Independently manage project drafting of all scales -Assist Architectural Manager and other experienced architects on day-to-day tasks -Provide drafting direction and support to ensure consistent and high-quality designs firm-wide -Meet established project budgets and schedules -Work with all design team disciplines daily -Assist with the preparation of design presentations for the client -Develop and coordinate project documents from schematic design through construction administration -Mentor and develop architectural designers

-Able to demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, customer service -You have a minimum of 10 years of experience -Reliable to meet schedules even when faced with difficult circumstances -Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills -You have an associate degree in an architectural-related technology program -Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills -Effective at handling multiple tasks -Utilize creative insight and practical solutions -Able to learn quickly on the fly and adapt to changes -You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other visualization tools -Sensitive to the need to change their personal behavior quickly in order to effectively communicate and coordinate with others
