Tasks

-Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to support repeat business. -Collaborate with Estimation on tenders when required. -Support the Commercial Director with monthly reports and project reviews. -Deliver accurate cost control reports across materials, subcontractors, labour, and preliminaries. -Provide commercial risk analysis and advise on contractual claims. -Manage subcontractor procurement and placement of orders. -Prepare bills of quantities, tender risk analysis, and contract documentation. -Assess contract terms, risks, and programme conditions.
