Tasks

Develop sales tools and collateral. Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals. Set pricing strategies to meet revenue and margin goals. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training to ensure alignment and product knowledge across the sales team. Prepare and present monthly revenue forecasts using historical data, market trends, and cross-functional input. Monitor product performance and recommend pricing adjustments. Own the product roadmap and lifecycle, from planning to execution. Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering on development. Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. Serve as the internal and external champion for your product line. Driving a solution set across development teams (NPD process) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned product lines, providing support and education for all stakeholders. Support and provide guidance for competitive analysis to pricing administration. Lead go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales. Brief and train the sales force as needed. Monitor pricing on all products assigned to ensure gross margin targets are met. Perform product demos to customers. Provides leadership for assigned product lines. Conduct engaging product demos tailored to customer needs and use cases. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Conduct market research and customer visits to identify needs and opportunities. Deliver a monthly revenue forecast. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. Recommend product price levels and intervals for all price changes to the pricing Supervisor/manager.

What You Bring

5 years experience in the grounding industry or adjacent industry is preferred. Demonstrated experience leading successful teams through influencing skills. 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing. Demonstrated skill at consensus building. Solid appreciation for a team based approach and goal sharing mindset. A mix of business acumen and technical savvy. We're looking for a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond. You'll blend market insight, technical understanding, and customer empathy to shape products that drive growth and deliver value. Bachelors degree in a technical or marketing discipline, MBA strongly preferred. A passion for solving problems and creating innovative solutions. Strong communication skills across teams and with customers. Proficient with all MS Office tools and SAP experience required. Demonstration of strong skill in verbal and written communications.
