-Ensure compliance with governance, GMCEs, and Businesses Cultural Framework -Lead the commercial strategy for the project from tender to completion -Prepare and review estimates, tender submissions, and contract negotiations -Drive financial performance, cost control, and value engineering initiatives -Act as a mentor and leader to commercial staff, championing professional development -Manage risk, procurement, supply chain relationships, and commercial reporting

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of NEC contracts, procurement strategies, and digital tools -Skilled in managing commercial teams, contract negotiations, and cost reporting -Proven experience in structures-focused roles within the construction sector -A qualified Commercial Manager with a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) -Membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB (or working towards)
