Tasks

-Managing subcontractors during site investigations, design, and construction stages. -Participating in design and progress meetings and mentoring junior team members. -Supporting the delivery of Water Infrastructure projects throughout all project phases. -Ensuring project compliance using our Common Data Environment (CDE). -Producing construction-stage documentation and securing necessary permits and approvals. -Driving safety and collaboration in line with our Health, Safety and Environment culture. -Coordinating with internal teams and external designers (Structural, Electrical & Mechanical).

What You Bring

-Experience managing subcontractors and working with multi-disciplinary teams. -Recognised electrical engineering qualifications and relevant industry experience. -Strong understanding of NEC 4 contracts and sustainable development principles. -Great communication skills—able to challenge, collaborate, and support others constructively. -Knowledge of CDM regulations, current legislation, QA, and Health & Safety procedures.
