Tasks

-Participate in internal improvement projects associated with audit findings, management review and business change as directed by the UK and Ireland Operations and Improvements Manager. -Promote and help embed a strong quality culture within AtkinsRéalis. -Provide enhanced understanding of the Management System to Auditees. -Supporting an auditee on the close out of findings. -To support the delivery of Root Cause Analysis. -Follow internal Assurance (including Quality and Security) audit procedures for audit planning, delivery and follow-up. -Participate and contribute to the UKI Operations Team Operations Plan. -Accountable for confidential treatment of records and information they have access to as part of their role as auditor. -Delivering green and low amber risk audits, process audits, and verification audits within defined key performance targets, set by the UK and Ireland Operations and Improvements Manager.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, facilities management, Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or Technical field required plus auditing experience. -Excellent communicator, able to quickly build strong relationship and trust. -Must possess knowledge and experience of auditing to a management system, aligned to ISO standards. -Organised, articulate and analytical. -A strong relationship builder, able to influence and engage with the business to support in implementing improvements. -Able to actively listen and build on a conversation using sound question techniques. -Able to process large volumes of information, identify and differentiate critical information. -Must hold a recognized, external audit qualification/certification, aligned to Internal auditing, ISO 27001 and or ISO 9001. -Must possess some experience of consultancy and design projects preferably in an Engineering Consultancy environment.
