Tasks

-Maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on market demand and strategic objectives. -Develop and manage budgets, including sales forecasts and revenue targets. -Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions and ensure profitability. -Collaborate with R&D to develop and enhance products that meet customer needs and comply with industry standards. -Partner with marketing to create compelling campaigns, sales tools, and promotional materials. -Collaborate with technical services to manage product submissions and maintain certification records. -Monitor product performance and profitability, making data-driven decisions for optimization. -Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and foster relationships. -Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure effective product representation. -Work with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure product availability and quality. -Establish product specifications and performance benchmarks in coordination with technical teams. -Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business goals. -Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify innovation opportunities. -Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out. -Coordinate with regulatory and compliance teams to meet industry standards and certifications. -Develop pricing strategies and manage product positioning to drive growth.

What You Bring

-7+ years of experience managing product lines in construction, restoration, or related industries. -Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively. -Proven experience in external sales and product commercialization. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. -Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills. -Excellent communication and leadership abilities. -Strong knowledge of construction materials and industry standards. -Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
