The Role
Overview
Supports and administers HRIS (Workday, ADP) ensuring data integrity and user support.

Tasks
-Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve data or process issues, ensuring seamless system functionality. -Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system updates, new features, and enhancements. -Maintain data integrity and compliance by running reports, auditing, and analyzing information and troubleshooting errors. -Ensures compliance with relevant labor laws, data protection regulations, and company policies. -Support the development of custom reports and queries to meet HR and organizational reporting needs. -Provide technical and process support to HR and other end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner. -Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation. -Develop, deliver, and analyze HR Metrics monthly reporting and provide recommendations. -Perform various audits related to HR systems/processes and payroll. -Develop and assist with end-user training.

What You Bring
-Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities. -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Experience administering HR systems; prefer ADP or Workday -Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 1 year of HRIS support experience or related experience such as IT or HR experience. Will also consider 2-4 years of HRIS support experience in lieu of a degree. -Highly proficient in Excel -Primary owner of HR Systems Administration requests including employee profiles, job information, and other relevant data. -Excellent skills in process improvement/business transformation, data analysis, customer service, communication, problem solving, team building, and consensus abilities. -Minimal travel required (0 – 11 days per year)
