Tasks
This Technician position will require a hands-on individual that can work with manufacturing and production team to evaluate, implement, develop, and maintain solutions to complex manufacturing process. -Ensure all documentation aligns with XNRGY’s quality and safety standards. -Review 3D CAD models and engineering drawings to develop accurate manufacturing work instructions per manufacturing engineering specifications. -Collaborate with design, Safety, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure instructions reflect current processes and standards. -Assist in updating and maintaining documentation for engineering changes and process improvements. -Provide feedback to engineers on potential design-for-manufacturing improvements based on Lean Manufacturing best practices. -Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)/work instructions/Method drawings for fabrication and assembly operations. -Identify and document assembly sequences, tooling requirements, and quality checkpoints.

What You Bring
-2+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical documentation role. -Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and testing. -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. -Proficiency in reading and interpreting 3D models and engineering drawings (SolidWorks experience a plus). Also add AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor -Strong technical writing and documentation skills. -Modern state of the art facility with Industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona -Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred). -Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced production environment.
