What You Bring

-Knowledge of coaching techniques -Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures -Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes -Must be a member of the Institute of Occupational Health and safety (IOSH) at Technical (TechIOSH) level or above -NEBOSH diploma -Knowledge of environmental management system -Analytical capability -Knowledge of operational railway environment -Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisation skills
