Tasks

-Utilize a tablet for route navigation, scheduling, and record-keeping. -Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger logs. -Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and general inquiries. -Always maintain a clean and presentable shuttle. -Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. -Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers between designated locations. -Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

What You Bring

-Ability to use a tablet or other electronic devices for scheduling and communication. -Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques. -Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. -Respond to unexpected situations or delays with professionalism and problem-solving skills. -Valid driver’s license (CDL may be required based on vehicle type). -Must have a valid Class B license with passengers & endorsement. -Minimum two years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record. -Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs, if required.
