Tasks

-Schedule and coordinate work assignments to meet project deadlines and budget requirements -Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress -Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installations -Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions -Oversee and coordinate all plumbing activities on commercial job sites -Supervise, mentor, and support a team of journeymen and apprentice plumbers -Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution -Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications -Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards -Enforce company safety policies and ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures

What You Bring

-Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications -Experience with job site coordination, project scheduling, and team supervision -Journeyman Plumber certification -Minimum 5-10 years of commercial plumbing experience -Physical capability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy materials -Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract -Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills -Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
