Tasks

-Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. -Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with HR. -Maintain and update applicant information in recruitment databases. -Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. -Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. -Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. -Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. -Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress. -Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
