The manufacture and maintenance of boiler parts, in particular pressure parts in its specialized workshop based in Mexico.
Cross-check 2D drawings against 3D models.
Provide the engineers with information needed for the project progress and timelines for the deliverables
Identifying design discrepancies early to avoid costly rework.
Issue the manufacturing documentation (mainly isometric drawings) in compliance with internal standards and contractual requirements,
Spotting dimensional errors, missing information, or clashes.
Check the completeness of the inputs received from the Technical Project Manager and basic engineering department
Aftersales services, technical assistance, inspections from the rehabilitation to the modernization of all types and brands of boilers;
Interact and coordinate with the Piping Designers to maintain the project time lines
Record, maintain and analyse the drawing and documentation Quality and quantity KPIs.
Supply of a fast and reliable service to the project teams to respect the document and equipment contractual delivery schedules of projects.
Suggesting corrective actions to designers and engineers, develop templates for future use.
Attend regular team meetings
Check constructability and maintainability in plant design.
Ensuring consistency across drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and specifications within the team.
Handling multiple drawings under tight project deadlines.
Check the drawings to ensure mechanical interfaces between the different equipment,
Keep his competencies of the team updated by regular feedback and training sessions
Preparing checking reports, redlining drawings, and maintaining revision records.
