[Keppel Internship Programme 2025] Intern, Enterprise Application (May - Aug 2025)

IT intern assisting SAP and other enterprise apps: process improvement, reporting, testing.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Coordinate in User Access Review for applications. -Provide support globally, including facilitating discussions with China users (if Chinese speaking). Learning Outcomes: -Assist to perform service requests (minor changes) and provide customer experience on their queries or pain points based on standard operating procedures (SOP). -Participate in system integration testing (SIT) testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements/projects. -Assessing existing SAP/ other application operation process and recommending improvements. -Ensuring compliance and supporting annual audit exercise. -Assist in AMS weekly reporting to monitor aging tickets, team performance, open tickets etc.

What You Bring

-Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills. -Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business IT, IT Security. -Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. -Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Dot Net, K2 and JavaScript is a plus. -Effective communication skills with business users are a plus. -Pro-active, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision. -Knowledge in cloud infrastructure is a plus. -Knowledge or experience in Intranet is a plus. -Knowledge or experience in SAP, Concur is a plus. -Exposure to various Keppel’s Business Units, and co-workers from across the globe. -Exposure to various applications i.e. SAP, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Moodle, Treasury System, Concur etc.
