Overview

Night-shift process technician troubleshooting fuel cell manufacturing issues.

Tasks

-Respond promptly to production line down scenarios, such as measurements out of spec, defects observed at automated visual inspection or manual visual inspection, defects on incoming parts, etc. Assess the situation, determine root cause, and adjust parameters to return process under control and resume volume production. Document activities appropriately. -Communicate clearly to co-workers and send out daily reports to team -Provide off-shift coverage (evenings and/or weekends) of all process engineering activities across multiple functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing.

What You Bring

-Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards. -Excellent verbal and written skill set -Understand and react to abnormal events and coordinate containment and countermeasure activities in a cross functional environment -Hands on experience with operating and troubleshooting of high precision machinery -High school diploma or equivalent (GED); technical certifications or relevant coursework with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment. -Adhere to safety requirements and ability to work in controlled environment wearing personal protective safety equipment (PPE). -Ability to follow direction, meet deadline, and collaborate in a team environment -Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical issues. -Hands on experience in thin-film processes
