Tasks
-Serve as a technical advisor with a deep understanding of PFAS regulations, rapid small-scale column testing and pilot testing, , development and analysis of breakthrough curve models, and design and implementation of adsorption processes for PFAS treatment, with support and guidance from PFAS Practice Leads -Develop creative solutions and approaches to accommodate our clients’ goals and objectives -Independently apply advanced engineering techniques and problem solving -Delivers projects within established budget, schedule, and quality expectations -Review and manage the work of junior engineers and data scientists, actively mentoring and fostering their technical development and seeking opportunities to develop future PFAS treatment experts -Lead multiple projects and support multiple clients simultaneously, serving as the central point of contact for PFAS treatment questions and guidance in your region -Identify key client interests and drivers for ongoing projects and new business prospects and may determine the key clients in some instances -Actively coordinate with internal and external team members for successful project execution and ensures activities are completed based on the critical path for the program -Lead business development or pursuit activities, including involvement in pre-positioning meetings, proposal development, and client interviews. -Attend and present on innovative solutions related to PFAS treatment at local, regional, and national conferences -Prepare scope of services and fee estimates for proposals, new contracts, and amendments

What You Bring
-Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. -11 years of experience in drinking water treatment with at least 5 years in water quality and treatment or engineering management -Established leadership skills with deep understanding of consulting, project execution, client services, and business development. -Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering. -Minimum of 11 years related work experience. -Strong communication skills with capacity for building and maintaining client relationships -All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
