  • Track hourly employees absenteeism
  • Answer payroll inquiries (internal and external).
  • Track & enter hourly employee vacation hours.
  • Track and submit weekly time sheets for agency employees, submit invoices for approval and track hours on spreadsheet.
  • Track and report on Health & Safety metrics
  • Back up production coordinator as required
  • Filing of confidential employee information for hourly employees, maintaining the employee files
  • HSE duties; including administering WSIB program and case management, TTX/Enablon administration Train payroll back-up ï‚· Track production & maintenance KPI & metrics.
  • Enter/issue PO’s as directed by buyer; track and report purchasing information
  • Reconcile adjustments with Corporate Payroll.
  • Assist plant manager with reporting metrics, inbound/outbound correspondence /internal communications, coordination of plant events and activities as required.
  • Report on a daily basis hours to Plant Manager, drawn from Workday
  • Administration of employee uniform, reimbursement, expense programs
  • Preparation of bi-weekly payroll for corporate processing.
