Coordinate and manage fire‑suppression training programs and logistics across EMEA.

Tasks

-Manage logistics: venue booking, enrolment, materials, equipment coordination, arrange catering, etc. -Coordinate documentation and certification processes, maintaining audit-ready training records. -Consult and coordinate with other Training Services Coordinators in across EMEA to ensure consistency. -Attend and assist with Training sessions held in the Manchester TechXchange Training Centre. -Liaise with trainers, account managers, and external customers in relation to training needs. -Maintain training rosters, records, and correspondence with participants. -Develop, implement, and coordinate internal and external training schedules and programs across Johnson Controls – Fire Suppression Products. -Issue training certificates; create, ship and track Authorisation ID cards. -Monitor and report on training effectiveness through attendance, feedback, assessments, and compliance tracking. -Support and coordinate all training activities for two areas of Fire Suppression (specifically engineered systems and pre-engineered systems).

What You Bring

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. -Experience managing databases and extracting data/creating reports. -Previous experience in a similar coordinator role. -Professional manner and strong stakeholder management. -Experience supporting an international region/customer base. -Highly organised and methodical in approach with excellent time management. -Understanding of compliance training requirements and record-keeping. -Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) -Agenda and diary management experience. -Strong administration skills and attention to detail. -Experience with shipping/tracking/logistics.
