Tasks

-Coordination of staff travel and accommodation -Liaising with People & Culture, Payroll, Training & Recruitment for onboarding and mobilisation of new employees -Managing rosters, timesheets, office supplies, and purchasing requirements -Operating the weighbridge and processing outgoing trucks -Providing frontline customer service to drivers, visitors, and stakeholders -Ensuring accurate ticketing of all material movements

-Possess a flexible, adaptable and versatile approach to prioritising tasks in a changing work environment -Provide 2 work-related references including one professional/supervisor -Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills -Strong attention to detail -Advanced Microsoft Office skills -Experience in Weighbridge or Quarry operations (desirable) -Professional presentation and a positive ‘can do’ attitude -Ability to work efficiently, independently, and show initiative -Undergo a National Police Check -Pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol testing
