Tasks

-Drive process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. -Lead and deliver safe, efficient production assembly methods while fostering a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor. -Analyze and monitor assembly processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce production detractors, and consistently achieve standard hours. -Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and post-launch performance, optimizing factory layout, material flow, equipment, and tooling to maximize production efficiency.
