Tasks

-Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout. -Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to team members. -Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery. -Proactively pursue new business with existing and prospective clients by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s capabilities, and building lasting relationships. -Foster trust and collaboration through integrity, respect, and active listening -Represent Fisher Associate’s in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities. -Lead design strategy and collaborate with teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery. -Successfully lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off. -Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process. -Engage with dynamic groups such as the Community Impact and Fun Committees, Fisher Minds (ERG), and the Employee Advisory Group -Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals. -Maintain knowledge of design software for effective team collaboration.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred -Driven to own projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment -B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) -Familiarity with NYDOT or PennDOT design standards preferred -Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it -Proven client relationship and business development skills in transportation sector -Proven ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment -You thrive in a culture that celebrates fun and fosters a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere, so you can bring the best of yourself to work every day. -10+ years in civil transportation engineering, including project management of DOT-funded highway and bridge projects -Highly adaptable and proactive in meeting deliverables and deadlines
