Assist skilled tradespeople with general maintenance and repairs across various trades.

Tasks

-Repairs or replaces sinks, water coolers, and toilets. -Hangs doors and installing door locks. -Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery. -Repairs or replaces concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks. -Replaces broken window panes. -Replaces electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors, using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings. -Paints structures and equipment. -Replaces damaged paneling and floor tiles. -Performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

What You Bring

-Strong verbal communications skills -Must pass background check and be able to pass security clearance if necessary -High School diploma, Trade certificate as applicable -Must have the ability to be on call (1) weekend per calendar month and live in such proximity that in the event of an emergency call, they can be onsite and working within (1) hour -May need to lift up to 40 lbs.
