The Role

Overview

Support Framework Manager delivering traffic management projects across Area 3.

Tasks

-Periodically visiting works on site to ensure they are being delivered safely including conducting ECI, involving members of Supply Chain as appropriate and in accordance with the companies safe working procedures. -Accountable for assisting the Framework Manager in the delivery of all Framework Commitments (Quality Promises) in respect of Product, Service, Right First Time, Cost, Time, H&S and Sustainability. -Providing a safe, collaborative, and lean process driven working environment. -Attending programming workshops and collaborative planning sessions to gain a clear understanding of the forward programme of schemes in development. -Identifying different TM layout options and their cost, suggesting innovative ideas that address the scheme objectives.

What You Bring

-Full UK driving licence -Basic commercial understanding, with relevant capability to expand knowledge -Local knowledge of the region's construction and maintenance market, particularly Highways England, local authority highway maintenance and utilities highways works -Highly motivated and able to identify, follow-up and convert your own prospects/new business leads -Previous demonstrable experience of the traffic management industry either practical TM experience or experience of working in the highway maintenance sector -Attended and passed IOSH Managing Safely/SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent
