Create visualizations/animations to support business development and construction projects.

Tasks

-Renderings & Graphics: Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visual assets to support proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. -Collaboration: Work closely with business development, preconstruction, and project teams to align visual content with technical strategies and client expectations. -Digital Marketing Support: Develop digital content that aligns with Holder’s business development strategies, ensuring consistency with branding and messaging. -Animation & Phasing: Create compelling animations that illustrate construction sequences, site logistics, and key project differentiators. -Technology & Innovation: Stay up to date on the latest visualization tools and techniques to enhance the firm’s ability to communicate complex construction solutions effectively. -Technical Visualization: Transform technical construction approaches into digestible, client-friendly visual presentations, including phasing plans, logistics strategies, and high-quality renderings.

What You Bring

-Experience with scheduling tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is a plus. -Proficiency with rendering and animation tools (e.g., Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, Synchro, Navisworks, etc.). -Ability to translate technical construction details into clear, engaging client presentations. -Proficiency with AEC modeling tools (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.). -Adaptability to learn new tools and expand visualization capabilities beyond existing software. -Strong background in digital visualization, animation, or construction marketing. -Experience with construction management tools and processes is a plus. -Experience with advanced rendering tools like 3DS Max, Blender, and Maya is a plus. -Security and stability of a consistent top 20 ENR contractor. -Bachelor’s degree, 3-5+ years of related experience. -Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
