Tasks
As a Senior Digital Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IT support across Service Stream’s national operations. This senior-level position combines service desk leadership with deep technical expertise in End User Computing (EUC) and digital workplace technologies. You’ll be the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and will drive strategic improvements to enhance user productivity and satisfaction. -Design and implement advanced configurations and security policies for end-user environments. -Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune. -Support onboarding/offboarding processes and ensure timely provisioning of hardware and access. -Mentor junior support staff and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives. -Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and documentation. -Lead the resolution of complex and high-priority IT incidents, acting as the senior escalation point. -Lead post-incident reviews and contribute to strategic technology deployments and upgrades. -Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for end-user devices (Windows/macOS) and mobile platforms (Apple & Android).

What You Bring
-Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support or service desk roles, with a strong focus on EUC. -Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. -Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. -Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell). -ITIL Foundation certification or higher. -Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and project management in a support context. -Proven experience in a senior-level support role with incident coordination responsibilities.
