Tasks

The Master HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing medium to large heating and cooling systems and associated controls. This role emphasizes quality work and effective communication with customers, reporting to the Service Team Supervisor or Team Leader. -Utilize company mobile technologies. -Communicate work order statuses to the Service Coordinator. -Complete required documentation timely. -Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and controls. -Assist in scheduling inspections. -Conduct preventive maintenance per service agreements. -Maintain a professional appearance for self and equipment. -Adhere to safety rules and regulations. -Manage inventory and purchasing effectively.

What You Bring

Master HVAC Technician -Experience with Screw chillers, Centrifugal Chillers, Air Cooled Chillers, Flakt and Joy fans, & Pneumatic systems. -Work primarily occurs in construction sites or customer facilities, often outdoors and in varying weather conditions, with exposure to mechanical parts and potential hazards. -EPA-608 Universal certification. -Frequent light and moderate lifting; occasional heavy lifting. -Ability to communicate and engage diplomatically with clients. -Ability to work independently, multitask, and handle emergencies effectively. -Minimum of 5 years in Commercial/Industrial HVAC service. -Frequent physical activities, including kneeling, standing, and climbing. -Experience with larger RTU’s and split systems. -Master’s License -Must see well (with correction if needed) and wear required PPE. -Experience with Medical Chillers, Cooling Towers, Intellipaks, SCUD Units, pumps
