-A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering, with eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer in Manitoba. -A proven ability to lead teams, mentor emerging professionals, and foster collaboration across disciplines. -Strategic thinking and client-focused mindset to drive innovation and growth. -Proudly Canadian – born and raised in Québec, now operating in over 40 countries. -Proficiency in hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools and a passion for applying data-driven solutions to complex challenges. -10+ years of experience delivering water resources and hydrotechnical projects, including flood assessments, hydraulic structures, and mine water management.
