Tasks

-Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. -Repair and rebuild significant components such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. -Identify, and troubleshoot intermediate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in construction equipment. -Perform scheduled maintenance tasks including fluid changes, filter replacements, and inspections to ensure equipment remains in good working order. -Identify and determine parts required for repair of disassembled units. -Utilize specialized tools and equipment for diagnostics and repairs. Stay updated with the latest technology and repair techniques. -Adhere strictly to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Policies, Programs, & Procedures Manual and MSHA/OSHA standards while wearing proper PPE.

What You Bring

-3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair with a mix of hands-on work and troubleshooting in the field. -CDL/DOT preferred. -Welding & fabrication skills -Must own hand tools. -High school education or GED equivalent. -Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex issues with heavy machinery and a variety of equipment. -Must be able to pass a background check, fitness for duty evaluation, and pre-employment drug testing. -Must be able to interpret various instructions furnishes in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. -Knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments, laptops, and diesel truck diagnostic software.
