Tasks

-Prepare and monitor site budgets and schedules to ensure timely project delivery -Oversee zoning and permitting processes; secure all necessary approvals associated with telecom routes -Review and understand construction drawings -Coordinate power to sites and manage easements, title reviews, and survey evaluations -Build strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisition processes -Negotiate leases with landowners and clients, including site investigations and document preparation -Independent management of schedules and priorities -Review and interpret purchase agreements and other legal documents -Develop and manage Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP) and coordinate site requirements

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel -Ability to motivate and mentor team members -Two to five years of site acquisition experience -Effective presentation skills for zoning hearings -Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills -Experience with lease and survey reviews and zoning/permit approvals for telecom or utility projects -Approximately 20% travel required to various Ledcor project sites and offices
