Tasks

-Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers -Present cost estimates and budgets to clients and internal teams -Track project changes and adjust estimates accordingly -Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to support job turnover and execution -Perform quantity takeoffs and create labor and material cost summaries -Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects (ground-up, renovations, tenant improvements) -Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements

What You Bring

ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR -3+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial or industrial construction) -Proficient with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, or similar) and MS Office Suite -Strong understanding of NEC, construction drawings, and electrical systems
