Overview

Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of healthcare construction projects.

Tasks

-Interface with IOR, contractors, architects, engineers, HCIA, stakeholder, and clients -Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors -Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications -Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs -Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

What You Bring

-Design Build Experience preferred -Strong communication skills -Deadline and detail-oriented -Minimum 7yrs of experience in the Construction industry; Two(2) of the seven (7) should have responsibility in coordinating healthcare projects with construction values in excess of $8M -Experience with Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) construction/design processes required -Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
