What You Bring

-Able to frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds; occasionally needs to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds -Travel: Occasionally, may need to drive a company-owned or personal vehicle for business -Able and willing to maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled -Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly -Demonstrated attention to detail, aesthetic instincts, and color vision -While we provide equipment and supplies to complete most work orders, you must maintain your own tool kit to complete work orders. Occasionally, you may need to use either a company-owned vehicle (or your own) to move about the property or to pick up supplies off-site. Therefore, you must have a valid driver’s license to be effective in this position. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines -Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling to perform functions in various weather conditions and variable climates -Excellent Treats all current and future residents with the highest level of concern and care; demonstrates a natural disposition toward personal and public safety; operates from a place of integrity, honesty, and ethics -Prior experience in general building maintenance or painting in a commercial, residential environment preferred -A high school diploma or GED is required, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or other service industry environment -Must be at least 18 years of age -Able to use hands to use and manipulate tools and objects or control equipment; adequate vision to do the same safely; stamina and dexterity -Familiarity with painting tools and materials -Valid driver’s license to operate company-owned vehicles or to utilize own vehicle for work
