Tasks

-Apply knowledge of insulating HVAC ducts, HVAC pipes and equipment, and plumbing systems to support project execution and maintain quality control. -Review blueprints, job specifications, and submittals while performing accurate material take-offs to support scheduling and procurement. -Conduct and lead safety meetings, enforce safety policies, and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory safety requirements. -Utilize experience in construction management or mechanical systems, along with an understanding of insulation materials, installation techniques, and project management software, to achieve successful project outcomes. -Supervise and manage multiple projects with installers under your guidance, ensuring all work is performed to company standards and client specifications.

What You Bring
