Tasks

-Arrange for any bank support letters from corporate treasury or bank as per the requirement -Coordinate with Bid and Project Team -Review and approval of bank guarantee text format for bid submission. -Review and sign of the treasury receipt journal monthly as per the SOX control requirement -Coordinate between commercial/bids team and corporate treasury for the following Review and approval of bank guarantee text format for bid submission.Arrange for any bank support letters from corporate treasury or bank as per the requirementCoordinate with Bid and Project TeamLiaise with corporate treasury/bank for the Bank Guarantee issuance. -Prepare Bank Guarantee forecast quarterly in consultation with the project teams and ensure timely internal reviews and submission to stakeholders. -Ensure effective cash flow management by funding the account periodically -Maintain healthy banking relations with existing and resolving any issues with respect to receipt, payment, Bank Guarantees -Prepare list of outstanding Bank Guarantee details with project, entity and the facility used on a monthly basis. -May undertake projects and shares expertise -Reach out to prospect relationship banks for identifying opportunities for new credit lines -Ensure SOX compliances relating to treasury activities are handled as per company policy. -Review and sign off the petty cash reimbursement claims from petty cashier(s) in line with company policies and procedures -Liaise with corporate treasury/bank for the Bank Guarantee issuance. -Ensure regular updates and information is being shared with existing Banks for annual renewal of facility

What You Bring

-Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification from internationally recognized institute -Good communication skills -Detailed experience in own discipline -Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels as needed -Around 3-6 years of relevant post qualification experience -Hands on experience in Treasury products and system -Ability to work independently with minimum amount of supervision -Ability to multi-task and manage tight reporting schedule
