Assistant Property Manager

Overview

Assist Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, resident services, and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Keep all lease files current and complete. -Prepare security deposit refunds or charges. -Collection and posting of income within 24 hours of collection. -Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs. -Preparation and delivery of all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate. -Take over the Property Manager’s responsibilities when Property Manager is not available. -Participate in the leasing activity. -File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management. -Post all vending commissions, NSF checks, and other miscellaneous incomes / expenses.

What You Bring

-Prior experience managing student housing is preferred -Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in property management -Good communication skills, marketing experience, customer service skills and computer skills are required. -Working knowledge of RealPage is also a big plus!
