Tasks

-Ensuring compliance with public procurement rules and relevant legislation. -Managing multiple sourcing projects and applying your strategic thinking to deliver successful outcomes. -Engaging and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. -Developing strong market knowledge and building effective supplier relationships. -Leading the end-to-end procurement process for major infrastructure agreements, with a focus on NEC contract terms.

What You Bring

-Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. -Minimum 5–7 years’ demonstrable experience in infrastructure procurement, with a strong track record of NEC contract delivery. -In-depth knowledge of public procurement rules and European procurement legislation. -Substantial experience in a project-based environment. -CIPS Level 5, RICS (or equivalent professional qualification) preferred.
