Assist in managing commercial construction projects, overseeing crew and schedules.

Tasks

-Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs -Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers -Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline -Create schedules for workers and subcontractors -Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation

What You Bring

Our client is an established commercial general contractor based in the Carolina's that specializes in commercial projects. They need a strong Assistant Superintendent or young Superintendent with relevant commercial construction experience for some ongoing and upcoming projects in Charleston, SC. -Prior experience working on ground up commercial projects -Valid Driver's License -Proficient with Procore -3+ years of construction experience -Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor required

Benefits

Pay Range: Depends on experience, but a rough range for the base is $85k-115k
