Tasks

-Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, and blueprints to determine operations, required materials, and timeframes for projects -Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in all daily activities -Clean and organize shop and other areas as required -Use welding machines to assemble, repair, and maintain metal equipment and structures or various sizes -Adhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards -Set up, operate, and maintain welding and cutting equipment -Load and unload equipment and supplies as directed

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent -Ability to work effectively with others -Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements -Applicable welding certification(s) preferred -Mechanical experience or knowledge a plus -Ability to multi-task in a changing environment -Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines -Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward -Ability to use measurement tools and devices -Strong time management and organizational skills
