Tasks

-Identify project challenges and implement proactive solutions. -Bring a proven crew of electrical professionals to support successful project execution. -Monitor project costs, prepare forecasts, and maintain profitability. -Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors to optimize efficiency. -Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. -Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents across multiple sectors. -Industrial Electrical – Comprehensive design & installations and ongoing electrical maintenance for factories and large facilities. -Leverage existing client relationships to secure new projects and drive customer satisfaction. -Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

What You Bring

-Traffic Control & Area Lighting – Traffic signals, street/parking lot lighting, ballpark lighting, and advanced LED systems. -Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and safety regulations. -Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and estimating software (preferred). -Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. -A network of clients and the ability to bring new business opportunities to S&W. -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings. -Proven success in managing crews and leading multi-site projects. -5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Foreman in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
