Tasks
-Apply metallic structural design expertise. -Contribute to product development, new design efforts, and post-delivery evaluations. -Support Boeing or Spirit commercial aircraft programs, with emphasis on primary structures. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, integration, documentation, and compliance. -Develop and evaluate flight vehicle structural designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

What You Bring
-Proficiency with CATIA, ENOVIA, and Boeing design processes. -Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; engineering degrees strongly preferred over drafter/technical designer backgrounds. -Background Check & DOT Drug Screen: This step involves conducting a comprehensive background check, which includes reviewing criminal history, and other relevant records. Additionally, a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screening will be carried out to ensure compliance with federal regulations for safety-sensitive positions -Experience with primary/secondary structures, payloads, lofting, and weight analysis. -Utilize CATIA and Boeing design processes; ENOVIA experience preferred. -Broad experience in aerospace structures, product development, and new design. -5-10 years of experience as structural design engineer -Commercial OEM experience preferred (Boeing, Airbus, or Spirit AeroSystems).
