Tasks

-Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations. -Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Need to work with teams spread across globally. -You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources and budget allocation. -Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant stakeholders and facilitate timely decision by presenting facts and figure. -Define project objectives and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. -Inspire and motivate R&D teams and collaborate with resource from functions across the company. -Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

What You Bring

-Ability to structure simplify and communicate complex topics in simple terms, with emphasis on impact. -Having HVDC or Micro Grid development or Renewable sources integration related experience is an added advantage. -Willingness to travel time to time. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. -Experience in working in a multi-cultural team will be valued. -Extensive experience in managing projects related to power system studies, control, protection in Research and Development (R&D) environment is required. -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. A Master's or higher degree is a plus. Having total 10+ years of experience in power industry. -Having experience working with Power System studies, Control and Protection functions development. -Ability to think strategically, understand the big picture and adjust available solution to diverse audiences.
