Tasks
-Ensure that quality standards are assigned, measured, tracked, reported and met. -Identify, recommend, and implement processes, technologies, and systems to improve the operations and the delivery of services to the client. -Proactively identify potential risks and assign proper resources to mitigate those risks. -Drive a culture of safety following required safety activities, inspections, and KPI’s. -Adopt and execute the processes established by the Education and the APS Platform Team within the accounts assigned to. -Drive decisions across multiple groups across the entire team. -Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the account and education division; establish and implement policies, practices, and standards to ensure operational success. -Assignment of pursuit teams for new business and retention teams for existing clients. -Collaborate with Educational Regional Teams and Corporate Support Teams, in particular ABM’s Account Teams. -Oversee several workflows simultaneously. -Responsible for operational and capital budget of approx. $60 mill. -Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements. -Implement and integrate productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned ROI and KPI’s -Active participation in business development opportunities, including pricing, presentations, and perspective client engagements.

What You Bring
-Familiarity and experience with enterprise software solutions related to operating the built environment such as CMMS, BAS, BMS, WOM, and IWMS -Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management -Familiarity with emerging technologies such as IoT, VR, AI and Smart Buildings -Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or Facilities related curriculum, and/or equivalent work experience. -Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization -Must understand accounts receivable processes, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and general knowledge of financial performance to achieve positive value for ABM and our stockholders -Must be able to work with Microsoft suite of products such as PowerPoint, PBI, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and OneNote -Proven leadership and ability to collaborate in a dynamic diverse environment -Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and lay the foundation for continued growth and partnership. -Experience engaging in client relationships for top tier (US and/or multi-national) corporations or institutions. -12+ years of experience in supporting/overseeing hard (skilled) and soft (non-skilled) operations for owners/operators of built environments. -Understanding of client/market dynamics and requirements -Must be well-informed of market trends, regulations, and best practice in maintaining and operating built environments as well as being willing to participate in panel discussions, conferences, network organizations, and focus groups
