Overview

Oversee daily operations, maintenance, billing and tenant services for large residential/commercial projects.

Tasks

-Should be able to prepare and monitor Building CAM, control expenses and recoveries -Should be able to handle statutory compliances with regards to CFO, MPCB, etc. as and when required

-Ability to interact with high profile tenants and senior management. -Added knowledge on society / condominium formation would be helpful. -Commercial understanding in terms of contracts / vendors and compliance -The position requires a high degree of motivation, initiative, and drive with hands on operations knowledge. -Should possess good leadership with excellent communication and presentation skills. -Strong on client interaction
