Tasks

-Oversee multiple large- and smaller-scale interior design projects from concept to completion, design through construction administration -Stay current with industry trends and innovative design solutions to maintain a competitive edge -Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and architects, fostering creativity and all aspects of well-rounded professional growth -Contribute to business development efforts and cultivate client relationships -Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively -Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed -Develop and implement design strategies aligned with client objectives and project requirements -Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction -Ensure compliance with regional building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices

What You Bring

-Minimum 15+ years of experience in interior design and architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects -Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field plus eight years of relevant professional design experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education -NCIDQ Certification -Demonstrated leadership abilities, negotiation skills, dispute resolution skills and experience managing design teams -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment -Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written -Proficiency in interior design software, including Revit, Enscape, and SketchUp, and Adobe Suite applications and products from them -Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, tracking labor costs to ensure profitability and quality of products -Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture -Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
