Tasks

-Support Ad-Hoc Program management for the region -Change Management and Communications / Ensure Process and System Adoption -Review Process Compliance, Identify Opportunities for Improvement and initiates CI Projects (using DMAIC cycle) -Program manager for deployment business systems (SAP, Salesforce, E-commerce, etc) -Coordinate testing (using Panaya Tool) -Collect requirements from each business function prior to project implementation -Drive operation process and reporting digitalization -Facilitates Inter-Departmental Collaborations / Document End-to-End Processes (cross functional flow charts) -Resolve system issues and raise enhancement requests -Maintain and Update EA Resource Library -Serves as key interface between IT and Business Project Teams
