Sr. Engineer- Mechanical (Planning)

Tasks

-Preparation of detailed project plan as per client requirement in coordination with various departments including time schedules for milestone activities and set targets for successful completion of the project. -Resolving issues with Engineering & Design Department for approval of design from client. -Prepare the time schedule of resources requirement such as materials and equipment based on project schedule and prepares an action plan for mobilization of the required resources in time. -Responsible for Subcontractor billing, client invoicing, preparation & Submission progress reports, look ahead plan & assist project manager in project review meetings. -Preparation of monthly project cost, monitoring project overhead cost and preparation of Job Cost Report (JCR). -Integration of Project Dept. with other related service departments to assist and solve problems related to project. -Monitor and maintain tracking logs for Material , drawing submittals and management approvals for various vendors and sub-contractor -Preparation of estimated project cost (Accepted Cost Estimates). Ensure monitoring of cost, invoicing, working capital, customer outstanding, sales, PBIT and other financial parameters including project cash flow.
